Michael undertakes the day to day running of the business including surveys and consultation on remedial works.
Prior to forming Rowallan Michael was managing surveyor for a national preservation company and has a degree in Quantity Surveying from his previous occupation.
In addition, to being fully qualified in this field (CSRT, CSSW), Michael attained the award for Best Candidate for the industry exams in 2000.
Rowallan Specialist Surveys are an independent company providing professional advice and remedial solutions in relation to the problems associated with dampness and timber infestation /decay within buildings including damp-proofing, basement waterproofing, timber preservation, dry and wet rot eradication and woodworm infestation.
In addition to domestic customers, we deal with many building professional and commercial contractors. Our surveying staff are fully qualified (CSRT) and will provide tailored advice and detailed reports together with cost assessments for any remedial works which may be required.
