Neil has spent over 25 years in the insurance industry working for both national and local Brokers. His role at Roxburgh Insurance Brokers involves working closely with clients to ensure their insurance programmes meet their needs and to grow the business within Ayrshire and beyond.
Always keen to learn and progress, Neil has spent the last two years commuting to London on a bi-monthly basis, to attend a Leadership Programme, which he has now graduated from. Following on from this, Neil has had an article published in the insurance press, relating to emerging risks and the challenges facing both Brokers and Insurers.
Innovation plays a major part in Neil’s role and his next challenge is to integrate AI into the business and continue to develop relationships with local businesses and insurer partners.
Neil is married with two children and during his spare time enjoys most sports (tennis, padel tennis, ice hockey, football, F1, golf) all of which (with the exception of F1) he has played at a successful level.
