Neil is a founding member of Business Club Ayrshire and Director of McColm Civil & Structural Engineers. Since setting up the business in 2008 the business has grown to 12 employees.
Neil is a chartered consulting engineer and SER Certifier providing design and advice for everything you see in the built environment.
From small domestic alterations to multimillion pound developments, Neils business can provide a design service covering drainage and roads to large steel structures.
Neil is an expert in Civil & Structural Engineering with over 25 years of experience.
Typical projects include residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural new builds.
Outside of business Neil runs a Prestwick Motorcycle group and is a Scout Leader at the 12th Ayrshire Kingcase.
Neil is a keen motorcyclist enjoying off and on road adventures together with track days. Other interests include longboarding, gym and hillwalking.
